To start an RMA simply go to our website, log onto your customer account, go to your order history, find the order in question, click the order number/ Reference number, you should then see a RMA button. Then follow the steps, include a note explaining your situation and whether you'd like store credit, substitution, or a refund. Last you would send back the product, please be sure that it is packaged and protected well. We will only refund/ exchange like new products. Please let us know if you have difficulty.
